Decentralization makes aware that you must take care of everything around you, says Mykola Dikhtenko, head of Andriivska AH in Donetsk oblast.
In 2017, two councils covering five villages in Slovyansk rayon of Donetsk oblast amalgamated into Andriivska AH. In the local elections, most people gave their votes to Mykola Dikhtenko who had been head of Andriivska village council for many years. The amalgamation took place just a while ago, but the residents of the AH did not lose time and used all options available to make their life better and to revive the village.
