On 5 March, the Ukrainian House will host “Start of New Partnership" conference, that will mark the beginning of the direct work of the U-LEAD with Europe’s implementers on establishment and modernisation of the Administrative Service Centres (ASCs) in Ukrainian hromadas. Almost 500 people from all over Ukraine confirmed their participation in the event.

This day will launch work on establishment of 122 proper ASCs, that will provide high-quality and accessible administrative services to more than two million Ukrainians.

The Partnership Start Memoranda ceremony will be held: the participants will be greeted by Vice Prime Minister Hennadii Zubko, Stefan Schleuning, Head of Cooperation of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Martin Hagström, Swedish Ambassador to Ukraine, and U-LEAD Europe Programme management.

The heads of 122 hromadas from all regions of Ukraine (24 oblasts) will come to the stage for solemn presentation of memoranda, greetings and a joint photo.

A press briefing for the media, with the participation of the VPM Hennadii Zubko, Stefan Schleuning, Head of Cooperation of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Martin Hagström, Swedish Ambassador to Ukraine, and U-LEAD Europe Programme management.
