The DESPRO project has published a new handbook on “Topical issues of using agricultural land by local government authorities” (DOWNLOAD 5 MB).
The handbook will be useful to everyone, who wants to learn more about:
• legal aspects of land management,
• powers in the field of land relations and their division between land managers,
• peculiarities of land transfer to communal ownership of AHs, etc.
