Experts of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion developed Methodological Recommendations on the establishment of education management bodies in amalgamated hromadas (DOWNLOAD).

Representatives of education authorities from different oblasts of Ukraine, U-LEAD with Europe Programme advisers, Ukrainian and foreign experts also took part in the development of the document.

The recommendations will help AHs: 

• choose the organisational and legal form of the education management body;
• determine the list of powers in the field of education that may be exercised by the education management body;
• develop Regulations on Educational Management Body;
• develop the structure and staff of the education management body, etc.
