Nationwide assessment of land outside settlements has entered into force

On 1 January 2019, the nationwide normative monetary assessment of agricultural land, which eliminates the need for drawing up technical documentation on normative monetary valuation for certain agricultural land plots, entered into force. Thus, for the first time since 1995, all agricultural land on the territory of Ukraine (except for land within the settlements) has been assessed.

The monetary assessment of agricultural land outside settlements was conducted during 2018 on an area of 35 million hectares in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.105 dated 7 February 2018 “On holding a nationwide (all-Ukrainian) normative monetary assessment of agricultural land”.

All received data is posted on the website of the nationwide (all-Ukrainian) normative monetary assessment of agricultural land. There is also an opportunity of online calculation of the normative monetary assessment of land plots, registered in the State Land Cadastre and unformed objects.

The website can be visited at the link.
