Experts of the “Hromadas’ Safety” programme initiative of the Human Rights Expert Centre have developed a manual “Hromada safety: searching for common solutions" (DOWNLOAD).
The manual is intended to help hromadas in solving the issues of creating a safe environment. It contains a systematic synthesis of the best national and international practices for implementing safety initiatives, analysis of the roles and responsibilities of each safety provider, etc.
