The Regional Development in Policy and Action in Ukraine team of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme presented a Spatial Planning Manual for authorised urban planning and architecture bodies of amalgamated hromadas (DOWNLOAD).

The developers of the manual are convinced that its use will increase the level of competence of the top management of AHs, provide the necessary information basis for the development of territories and formation of hromadas’ economic capacity.
