Decentralisation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast – the final stretch?

Changes that decentralisation is bringing to towns and villages in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were the subject of the TV programme “Hrani”.

The programme participants discussed the achievements of the Solonyanska and Ilarionivska hromadas as well as the establishment of an amalgamated hromada on the basis of Marhanets, that is a city of oblast significance.
