What are they waiting for? Decentralisation as key priority of Kyiv Oblast in 2019

On 30 November the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences in Kyiv hosted the first meeting of the Regional Development Council of the Kyiv Oblast.


The council was formed by the order of Oleksandr Tereshchuk, head of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration, on 21 November this year. 109 people became its members.

Oleksandr Tereshchuk said that the purpose of the first meeting of the Council was to discuss topical issues on further effective implementation of the reforms in the Kyiv Oblast, and development of the Perspective Plan for the Kyiv Oblast Development for the period from 2019 to 2021 on its basis.
