High school pupils of Bilyayevska AH became hromada managers for one day
On 3 December, the Bilyayivska amalgamated hromada located in the Odesa Oblast, organised the unusual Youth Self-Government Day.
As the hromada reported in to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, high school pupils joined the hromada management process on this day.
