Donetsk Oblast shared experience of opening Safety Centres in hromadas
Representatives of amalgamated hromadas from the Odesa and Kherson Oblasts visited the Donetsk Oblast to get acquainted with the experience of decentralisation in the field of public safety.
The study tour was organised by the Donetsk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
