Procedure for implementing “Youth Worker” programme presented to hromadas

During the Forum held in Dnipropetrovsk on 5-7 November, the “Youth Worker” programme implementation procedure (REVIEW) was presented, designed to further develop and promote the “Youth Worker” programme, implemented through non-formal education format.
