COMPETITION! Team of instructors from all regions, who will teach leadership and local development, to be formed: selection of candidates continues

The Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils is launching a selection of participants for the Leadership and Regional Development Knowledge and Skills Improvement Project. As a result of the trainings, the participants will be selected and recommended to the oblast local government development centres and other stakeholders as the proper specialists to engage in awareness raising activities. Besides, a section with the portfolio of selected instructors will be created on the Association's website.

The trainings are free and will last three days on each individual topic. They will be conducted by such top experts as Vasyl Kuybida, Professor and President of the National Academy for Public Administration, Nataliia Alyushyna, Associate Professor and Head of the Consulting and Training Centre, and others.

Heads of village and rural settlement councils, heads and starostas of AH councils, heads and deputies of rayon and oblast councils are invited to join the leadership trainings.
