The social integrity in the context of decentralisation was discussed at a three-day forum in Svyatohirsk which had been organised by the United Nations Development Programme as part of the Programme for Peace Recovery and Development.
The representatives of the civil sector, authorities and local self-government bodies of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts as well as experts and representatives of the central government bodies came together to discuss the level of social integrity and decentralisation on the front line, specifics of the reform implementation in towns of oblast significance, amalgamation of settlements with already existing AHs and capacity development prospects of small hromadas.
