The process of voluntary amalgamation of hromadas started to be discussed in the most remote rayon of the Odesa Oblast.
On 12 March, Yuliya Molodozhen, director of the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion of Ukraine, as well as Oksana Gunenkova and Yevheniya Henova, advisers of the Odesa LGDC, conducted information and consulting trips to the town of Reni and the village of Orlivka, and met with heads of local self-government bodies and deputies, in order to answer the urgent questions of the reform implementation, listen to the opinions of local residents and share the experience of those AHs of the oblast that are already active.
