Services in amalgamated hromadas: services are usual, but quality is new

Organisation of s high-quality work in regard to housing and communal services is a guarantee of the comfortable life for every hromada citizen.

This comfort can be found in such simple and clear things as water, roads, heating in the buildings and lighting in the streets.

In 2016-2017 amalgamated hromadas made a lot in this area, forming a new quality of the usual services.

Details are featured in a video created by the NGO “Institute of Civil Society” with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation within the framework of the project “Expert and informational support for the process of reforming local self-government and territorial organisation of power in Ukraine”.
