The President approved the personal composition of the Constitutional Commission

ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE No. 190/2015
Issues Concerning Constitutional Commission

In accordance to point 28 of part one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I provide:

1. The following personal composition of the Constitution shall be approved:

Volodymyr Borysovych GROYSMAN – Head of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, head of Constitutional Commission (with consent)

Volodymyr Grygorovych BUTKEVYCH – emeritus judge of the European Court on Human Rights, doctor of legal sciences, professor, deputy head of Constitutional Commission (with consent)

Victor Lavrentiyovych MUSIYAKA – professor of branch legal sciences department of the National University “Kyiv-Mogyla Academy”, candidate of legal sciences, professor, deputy head of Constitutional Commission (with consent)

Oleksiy Valeriyovych FILATOV – Deputy Head of Administration of the President of Ukraine, secretary of Constitutional Commission

3. This Order shall enter into force from the moment of its publication.
