The PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project initiates a public discussion of recommendations and mechanisms of implementing quick state civil registration services for residents of all municipalities.

The event is to be held from 10 A.M. till 11:30 A.M. on December, 7 грудня. Your questions to the speakers are being waited for.
