The inter-municipal cooperation is a tool enabling hromadas to jointly tackle complicated issues affecting several hromadas that they cannot solve on their own. The inter-municipal cooperation was on the agenda of the international conference “Implementation of Regional Development Projects on the Basis of Inter-Municipal Cooperation: Polish Experience” organized by the Chernihiv Advanced Training Centre, NGO “Siversky Institute for Regional Studies” and the Chernihiv Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the “U-LEAD with Europe” Programme.
