Almost half of amalgamated hromadas of the Odesa Oblast already have development strategies. And next year, this indicator will increase substantially. It was discussed during the press-cafe “Presentation of AH Development Strategies in the Odesa Oblast”, organised by the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
According to Viktor Bondaruk, regional development adviser to the Odesa LGDC, 31 AHs have been formed in the Odesa Oblast, and 28 of them have already hold their first elections.
The main strategic goals of hromadas include the efficient production and processing of agricultural products, construction industry, development of human capital, and tourism infrastructure improvement.
