The Oblast State Administration and Reform Office in the Sumy Regional Branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities received final decisions on the establishment of the first amalgamated hromada in the Romny Rayon – the Andriyashivska rural AH.
The hromada comprised 13 villages located in the south of the Romny Rayon. The elections of the head and deputies of the council of the newly formed hromada will be held on 29 April 2018.
It is also worth noting that this is just the beginning of the process of this AH establishment, as in accordance with the perspective plan for the formation of capable hromadas of the Sumy Oblast, other village councils will be able to join it in future.
The Andriyashivska rural amalgamated hromada of the Romny Rayon includes the Andriyivka village council (villages of Andriyivka and Kholodnyk), Andriyashivka village council (villages of Andriyashivka, Hudymy, Lutsenkove, Melnyky, Novytske), Vasylivka village council (villages of Vasylivka, Bratske, Chyste), and Perekopivka village council (villages of Perekopivka, Burbyne and Hubske).
